Programme Overview 

The African Entrepreneurship Skills Development Programme is a joint initiative of Youtherium (Nigeria) and The Strategic Centre (UK), aimed at empowering the Youths across Africa with the necessary skills, knowledge, and technical/behavioral competence to not only secure good jobs but also thrive in diverse roles within the corporate world.

Scheduled to commence in Nigeria in 2023, this transformative programme seeks to address the existing employability gaps among the African Youths by equipping participants with practical skills and theoretical understanding that are highly sought after in today's dynamic business and corporate landscape.

Our goal is to train 1million Youths in Nigeria every year in areas such as personal development, digital skills, workplace productivity and entrepreneurship. The programme aims to nurture a new generation of African workers and professionals who can drive corporate growth, improve workplace productivity, and create meaningful impact within their respective communities and companies. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical insights, participants will be well-prepared to navigate the complex challenges of the corporate world and seize opportunities for growth and success.
